every hit show has gotten extremely stingy with the episode counts.
Apparently they're already back in the writer's room come October, so we'll probably be getting another season next Summer.
This season was surprisingly really solid and I was a little shocked. They have every right to phone it in but I credit the fact that they have some of the OG writers back that were integral to some of the best earlier seasons. Marder and Rossell coined a lot of iconic Always Sunny jokes that in turn became memes.
The Bear / The Pitt parody episode was an all time classic

Bit of a mixed bag for me, but always happy to have the gang back and their mid is funnier than most of the shyt out.
