Meaning Bird and Magic have to rely ONLY on skill because those two weren't supreme athletes like their counterparts, but athleticism isn't what made Kobe, KD, made Bron better than MJ, Magic and Bird......BUT in a game of 3 on 3 it would. The deeper problem is the newgen team aren't really great passers. Magic alone is a huge boost in offensive capabilities for his team. The other team is pretty much the same players for the most part (volume scoring) and it wouldn't take too much to disrupt that, esp with Jordan in DPOY mode.

You do realize that Jordan did not win MVP in the year he averaged 37.1 ppg, 5.2 rebs, 4.6 apg, 2.9 stls, and 1.5 blks and he was, far and AWAY the best player in the NBA that season dont you

Individually:
Magic gonna have a hard time stopping LeBron going to the basket.
Durant gets most of his shots over Bird.
Kobe's arsenal isn't something Jordan has seen. Sorry to say, but I don't think Jordan can stay in front of him.

As a team:
None of them gonna be able to out muscle LeBron for boards nor get the rebound at the highest point over Durant. This alone means you can have Kobe go 1v1 with Jordan the whole game.

That's just one way they can win.
