The internet is undefeated shows you exactly how short and tragic life can indeed be at times. I don't even know how you begin to prevent events like this from happening. Violence has been a means for settling matters for human beings for a very long time. BLM should extend it reaches to caring about the black lives taken by people who are not white and or law enforcement.

Here we go again... Dodging and ducking and no accountability for what goes on in our communities. If this was one of your family members and there's a whole "black lives matter" movement trying to tell the world BLACK LIVES MATTER, yet you seeing people you love or people in your community constantly dying at the hands of other black people, you too would feel like the movement is bullshyt. Who the fukk cares if the killer was caught? Those lives are gone FOREVER over some senseless petty shyt. Asian Americans, Jewish Americans, Indian Americans, and other minorities in this country don't kill each other nearly as much as WE do. nikkas never as passionate about us killing us than with cops killing us. Either way the result is still the same.
Who the fukk is dodging accountability here?? Damn near every time someone dies in some act of "black on black crime" people in the immediate community are holding candlelight vigils and rallies, calling for an end to gang warfare/senseless violence.

This def sounds far more believable than the news story. Random killings are extremely rare, especially amongst black folk.
But here’s my problem with people like guy in the vid, the culprit in this case and all that think he was justified: they’re always focused solely on the beef between those two parties. Dude’s beef with those 3 cats had NOTHING to do with the others in that store, yet he traumatized them anyways. I said the same thing about the guy in the corner store in NY who just shot right over a bystander’s shoulder to get his target. Thankfully no unintended targets were hit in either of these cases, but why do these alleged “righteous” street dudes think they’re justified to terrorize citizens cuz of their beef? Our neighborhoods are not your battlefields.
It’s wholly hypocritical for dude to talk about how foul it was for them to shoot him up with his kids in the car (cuz of course, those kids are innocent) and then completely ignore how foul it was to shoot them up with all those innocents in the store. Street dudes want us to acknowledge the reality that sometimes they find themselves in “them or me” situations so they have to defend themselves (even if they have to fire first) but they need to acknowledge the terror this brings to communities as well if they want to be taken seriously. People like the guy in the video need to take a more holistic look at the problem; otherwise they come off as just defending the wicked.
