Reaching out and all that sounds good, but honestly, if someone has their mind made up, all of that prying and making assumptions won't help

When someone is ready to go, it's not a spur of the moment emotional decision for alot of people. They've already logic'd their way to the conclusion many times over in their mind

What, is he telling us this so that we can pick up on the signs and call for help? fukk that.

You live up to your name. You don't want help just to constantly wallow in self pity. That's all you ever express and you are doing it consciously choosing that stupid name and carrying that energy consciously. You are a burden not burdened. Stop being a loser and that's when healing starts. Projecting that you energy on your own image and self perception is a choice. You are resigned to it not fighting it. Depression doesn't make people losers. That's a personal choice.

What he is describing is spot on for a lot of people who live with depression long term who have suffered long in silence or failed therapy.

Not every suicide is based on the same mental state. Some people do it because they are distraught or experiencing extreme emotional anguish/loss. That's more spur of the moment.

Not every single person shows the same signs.

Last person I know pawned, donated and threw their shyt away. Told those around him, he got a new job and was moving away. So the packing and shyt didn't seem unusual. Saying goodbye and see you soon and keep in touch didn't seem unusual.
