At best he should have supervised visits at the family court with a court appointed guardian present, till he got his life together. When my friend who is a Physicians Assistant got divorced and he was filing for joint custody of his two kids, the judge made him bring photos and receipts of the rooms and the beds he had for them, along with a copy of the lease agreement to his new place. But this CAC was taking his kids overnight to spend the night in his truck with no pushback?!?
