I haven't read it all but the gist I gather is combining powerlifting and heavy compounds with hypertrophy-oriented sessions as opposed to just doing one or the other outright...like for me I'm just doing hypertrophy via a bunch of circuits/super-sets right now.

Yall africans got sent decent plans. I coulda went out with some associates to savanna for saint Patricks day but drinking all weekend ain't really my thjng. Especially with no guaranteed ass on deck.

Plus alcohol is poison and all that. Gotta limit that.
