The stairmaster is a low impact machine so its easy on the joints. It helps strengthen your knees if yo shyt is trash

I was 3 packzis down before I left the crib, had to go ham tonight

Copped that Lil fan off Amazon this morning and some better fitting shorts so I ain't have to keep pulling my shyt up.. Back at it tomorrow to burn the rest of them fat ass donuts off so I don't feel disgusted with myself.

Copped that Lil fan off Amazon this morning and some better fitting shorts so I ain't have to keep pulling my shyt up.. Back at it tomorrow to burn the rest of them fat ass donuts off so I don't feel disgusted with myself.

I do 10 min after my workout and I’m toast

On days I don’t workout I’ve gotten up to 25 min. It is brutal but what helps is a MAJOR distraction. Music won’t cut it. You need a podcast, a show, something

Also on top of the stair master is the fact you supposed to do it with no hands pause. No hands is a an even sicker beast :damn:

Bro I be sweating my ass off on that bytch, today I said fukk it I gotta make some changes. Had a towel on my head the whole time, helped with the mess I be making. That plus the fan had me in the zone, didn't take a break, just slowed it down for a few minutes to let my heart rate level out.

See I'm different. I HAVE to listen to music. I don't know how people be trying to watch full blown dramas and shyt and work that machine. Too each its own fasho, but I feel people's concentration be on whatever they're watching and not the actual exercise.

I see so many people set up their phones to watch some shyt and be gone in 10 minutes or less. This one chick literally lasted a minute and 52 seconds the other day, that's after stopping at least 3 times before she finally tapped out.

I be jamming the fukk out on that bytch

Actually I went to PF yesterday and the bike whooped my ass😩 :damn: and then I did hip adductor also… this was after I popped into AF to warm up in the treadmill….

Today I rested. I might swing by PF tomorrow.

Im also juicing… one shot when I wake up w my probiotic/super b/ vitamin c/ omega 3 supplements…

Tomorrow is week 3 for juicing. Skin is softer (eczema) and brighter. I can tell the juicing detoxing is happening too… I’ll refrain from those details

I have my own equipment at home… bands and what not, so I’m trying to stay active.

I too extol the benefits of the StairMaster, it's just boring as hell to me. Most cardio machines are boring to me after about 10 mins. I'm gonna shoot for 30 mins when i'm in the gym tomorrow
