Lol NY thinking they was the only ones with a hood school system, we have almost all of those in Jersey
-Sporks and spork fights
-rectangular pizzas that were not sicilian pizza slices
-the rare occurrence when you got chocolate milk
-paper bus/train passes with the "R" or "S" or the coveted "R/S"
-coloring your bus/train pass with a color pencil to match that month's train/bus pass color
-those black "wallets" with the gold tabs on the side you put your bus/train pass in
-wetting up toilet paper balls and throwing them on the bathroom ceiling
-during the early metrocard era, rushing to the train station before you metrocard finally ran out at 7pm
-calling the school bus the "cheese bus"
-graduation at St. Patricks Cathedral if you went to Catholic high school
-sitting at those long ass fold up tables in the cafeteria lunch tables
-the back of the report card where your teacher had to write notes about you in that big ass rectangle space
-taking the specialized public high school at Stuyvesant HS and 95% of the mufukkas there are Asian
-making "beats" on the lunch table
-fukked up old text books with all kinds of writing in them and then wrapping those books with a brown paper bag if your moms didn't give you $ for the book covers with the college names on them

to having an extra week of summer vacation cuz my school opened late to clean the asbestos.

Being in the train station with like 20 other classmates at once after school was dope. I remember once we were walking to catch the bus, like 5 deep, and my boy tried to make fun of a homeless dude. "Why you got all them soda cans?"

Breh, it was so bad at my school we only had like 4 hours of class a day for like most the school year. Went to school from 730-1230 every day cause literally half of the school was full of asbestos
