I was paying less than that and could walk to a mavs game in less than 5 minutes, but for that price and those amenities that's what you can expect in Dallas now.

And breh needs to hire an interior decorator. That "lux" apartment looks basic because of the lack of decor, it looks more like an air bnb he's renting than his home.

See if you decorate it too well, broads will think you got a woman. Put up sports memorabilia and PS5/Xbox/Gaming Rig shyt plus a couple of nice, huge TV's. Respectable but still a blank slate that a woman will want to fix.

Also...breh could probably get something comparable in The Village (the newer apartments) for similar pricing with more amenities and wayyyyyyy more single females. My homie lives there and he walked four, lost SMU pawgs to the pool and got a phone number off the ring leader...just hanging around.

That house was never 75K. Trust me. It was likely a new build and that's just the price they put on there as a place holder.

I'm from Dallas. You're not getting a decent house here now under $260K.

And that same $260K house just 3 yrs ago was about $180K

75216 oh Lord this shyt must be off Overton and Kiest . Put that same house in 75206 or 75225 and that house goes for $750k to $2M easily.

Only a few miles driving on 45/75 can make $1M+ difference.
