60fps means images get more sharper, but in this instance its the opposite.
Basically naughtydog is running game here, nikkaz are going "You can see it here there" when in reality all you see is a tiny square look more blurry in one shot over the other
EVERYWHERE ELSE LOOKS IDENTICAL. There are more shadows in that pic besides the leaves on the wall
