Just as bad.Newfies
and common for all black people, black unemployment is 0%. 1.5 million is chump change and I wouldn't even drive downtown in traffic to pick up the check because it's not worth it , because it won't change my lifeBtw only ten of em quit their job the rest are going to continue working.
Thecoli dot com where a six figure job isand common for all black people, black unemployment is 0%. 1.5 million is chump change and I wouldn't even drive downtown in traffic to pick up the check because it's not worth it , because it won't change my life
where did I try to make this about the average person? All my responses have been about how I feel about it and what it'd do for ME.
What does investing have to do with this? I know how to invest just fine, part of the reason I wouldn't see 900k as life changing. Like I said, that's either play big now money or long term money, it ain't both - for me. Keep dropping generic replies tho, everybody on this board isn't actually struggling
like I said, we have different definitions of life changing...yes, life changing to me means forever changing my financial status from day one to death. If you wanna define life changing as it doing something in one aspect of your life (retirement) or freeing up a couple thousand for cats to shop more and party harder each month, then do you.
Breh - I don't pay my mortgage, my tenants cover it and then some. My student loans could be easily wiped out if I refinance them into my mortgage - tenants would cover both and give me income. I'm not trippin on them because outside of utilities, they're the only monthly expense I haveIf it significantly changes your life, it's life changing. And 900k would absolutely significantly change anyone's life who's not a top earner. There's no logical way to spin that.
Couple thousand a month? Does your student loans and mortgage payments in the incredibly expensive city of San Francisco only amount to a couple thousand a month? Your continued attempts at trying to downplay this W is hilarious.
Don't buy a house. That's where most people fail. You can get a apartment that looks better
THis is why y'all need to stop trying to apply "average" shyt to me. I own a 4 unit building now, that's why I keep talking about a house. I'd like to buy s house for myself, then get some more buildings - 900k doesn't get me there.
Keep moving goalposts...What's your ROI? Owning a 4 unit building means absolutely nothing
Just know that I live rent free in one of the units, rents cover my mortgage taxes and insurance and turn a profit.I live everything free. Just from investments . Which is why I know 900k is a lot and you don't try to pay down debt. You use debt to cash flow...Keep moving goalposts...
And get out my pockets.Just know that I live rent free in one of the units, rents cover my mortgage taxes and insurance and turn a profit.
You're not saying anything I haven't said...or that I don't know. Please take your podcast investor advice to the dummies who need money management 101I live everything free. Just from investments . Which is why I know 900k is a lot and you don't try to pay down debt. You use debt to cash flow...
You're probably the one that needs it because your dumb ass talking about using 900k to pay off a 3.5% mortgage instead of using it to make more money you fukking retard...You're not saying anything I haven't said...or that I don't know. Like y'all keep wanting me to fit your situations or someone else's. 900k isn't life changing - for me.

Lol, this thread is 2 pages of y'all hating on @dora_da_destroyer
Leave her alone, she rich and not trying to hear y'all poverty dreams of only needing $900K for the rest of y'all lives.
