is your hair naturally curly? if not you can't get that. unless you use a s curl kit. But if you use a kit everyone you know is gonna clown you.
if your hair is curly just comb it out, wet it up, shake it dry, add your moisturizer or gel or whatever you use while its still a bit wet, then let it air dry.

Either the genetics are in your favor, or they aren't.
