Was expecting worse honestly. Might make sense as an airbnb investment while you wait until that unit becomes a "deal" and flip it
Only thing is I would never buy a basement unit like that after seeing the Ls people took in that last NYC hurricane/flood

I badly want to find a 3/2 townhome (a SFH might also work depending on age and condition) in the city proper and in the $350 range its usually places like Jefferson Park and Albany Park. Zero reason to move to Indy unless one just likes the culture of the place.

Do you own a home now? I own in Indiana.

A high rise condo must be a 1.5.

You have to make a down-payment and take out a mortgage like a regular house?

Or just pay 350k upfront?
