Two years ago I wouldve been excited to go, these past two years (trayvon, freddie gray, ferguson) have taught me that marching and rioting wont do a damn thing. Cacs do not give a shyt about us and never will regardless of how loud you scream for acceptance.

Seems like the one in 1995 had more publicity heading into it. :yeshrug:

It doesn't feel like this one is coming to be that successful. :yeshrug:

I feel the same too. I think the first one had a lot of publicity because people didn't think he would be able to pull it off. When they saw he was able to do it, then they came with their own such as the Million Women March, Million Kids March, etc. Those break off movements lessened the spirit of the original in a way.
