Life is a waste of time...
The average person in North America lives for maybe 80 years...The Earth has been around for Billions...
That's like a grain of salt in the ocean...
200 years from now, all 7 Billion people alive today will MOST likely be dead...Everybody that knew you personally will be gone...
If I had 24 Hrs to live, I will put my headphones on and my favorite song "Bittersweet Symphony" by The Verve...I will lie on my bed and let it happen...Some people say they will spend money, have sex, do all types of crazy shat...
But I am thinking, what is 24 Hrs to an eternity of NOTHING? Even if you had the greatest pleasure of life in that 24 Hrs, what will be the point if you don't have a brain to remember it?
Life is what you can remember...If you can't remember, then what is the point of doing anything...
I have worked with people with dementia...They don't remember their accomplishments, their families, and some don't even remember themselves...They made me realize how vain everything is...
Some people may think I am a troll, but I honestly believe that there is no right or wrong at both EXTREMES of the spectrum...If you chose to rape a new born child because it is pleasurable to you, go ahead and do it...
What is the worse that can happen? You get sent to jail...But eventually everybody dies, so in the end, no one is getting a better than deal than anybody else...
On the other hand, if you want to spend your fortune and talent helping those who are less fortunate than you, then go ahead and do it...But don't expect anything in return except the intrinsic pleasure that is within you...
In the end, both those who build and destroy all suffer the same fate...The Eternal Nothingness does not discriminate...

Feelings are a function of the brain...There are very rare cases of people who exist but are not able to feel because of problems of the nervous system...

I'd probably still choose life to see what I can get out of it. But life is sick and twisted there's always bad that outweighs the good

The statement isn't that shocking...Why?
Because the vast majority of Humans don't find pleasure in raping new born babies...Those who do, are rare outliers...

Winning a big lottery jackpot is my dream.
Some people do have really great lives but they are in the minority. Most people are not happy. If you don't believe in an afterlife it must be really hard not to give up on this life. Staying positive is important but very difficult in the face of a negative reality.
