2.5 years ain't shyt if they're paying for your education. I recently came to the conclusion that desk/office life/politics/scandals/bs isn't for me. Maybe it's not for you either. All office jobs are pretty similar. The corporate lifestyle is too fake for me.

Breh.

I have to say this to young workers all the time.

All jobs suck. That's why they pay you money to come.

If it was Disney World then you'd have to pay them to get in. If it was fun.

So welcome to adulthood. Get used to the suck. You got many many decades ahead of you to hate working.

Or get a Rubiks cube or sumn. Or a drawing pad.

There is actually a few corporate places i interviewed with that had much better environments (know a few people working there).

The manager who interviewed me actually worked at the place I work and she said it fukkin sux

only reason i took my current job is cause the others offered 2-3 weeks late and I was graduating so I wanted to secure something :fifok:

guy listen, I think there is a small percentage of people that " like" what they do. Do you know what I like? Money, and being able to provide and do things for my family. Therefore if it's putting money into my account, for the most part I'll do it

Welcome to what adults like to call the "real world"

You know all that bullshyt about "independence" and "responsibility" pretty much just code-word for slavery with extra steps. You aren't really independent and only responsibility you have is making your boss a lot of money.

If you don't make money for your corporate bosses or take money from your customers...you'll die. That's just facts. If you don't make money for your bosses..how else they gonna give you a fraction of their revenue so you can exist in a well enough state that makes you a productive worker? Your corporate bosses will try to make your life comfortable according to how much they need you.

Sad reality...but that's adult life.

The goal is for most adults is to be a high paid ward of the corportacracy...

So you get more education and training, like what you are trying to do, so you can make the mystical six figure salary so you can purchase better material goods and have a lifestyle to make you feel better about your wardship. Maybe even settle down and create future wards and/or future corporate bosses since you have what they call "made it".

Or what more aggressive and enterprising wards of the corportacracy will do is start their own corporate plantation and get their own wards and sell their own product to the masses of consumers and eventually you can cash-out if all goes well...

You got a few choices under the current economic system

Be a low paid ward

Be a high paid ward...

Be an indepedent ward, with a small business that is at the whims of market forces

Or try to be a corporate master with your own corporation and cashout before you get too old and can no longer enjoy your youthful vigor...

Or you can die...

Welcome to being an adult...

Welcome to the rat race breh
It's called "work" for a reason, now picture yourself doing that for 40 plus years then dropping dead right before you retire :sadcam:
What a life you lived :wow:

I've worked for myself already making some good side cash for a student. Along with full time school I slept about 4-6 hrs max, even on weekends.

Maybe I'll try to get involved in some work clubs or something

My only cure for a suck desk job (which I define as any job really) is doing other shyt while at work. I wrote two screenplays at work. Now I am working on solving the Rubiks cube.. with my own mind, not reading instructions on how to do it.

I think I will start drawing at work. Practice every day will get me in shape.
