Exactly I actually thought they would’ve went to Raw as they need teams

They could’ve easily put Rey with Penta but I guess they want to do their own thing

Bringing Tony D to Raw & Putting Stacks/Luca in the tag division would’ve also helped

But that doesn’t matter if there’s no plan no story & their just there
