Walking across the PCH ain’t no joke.
All those times I’d go out there, I don’t think I’d be walking across during the evening.
Even when chilling on the pier.
If I did, I’d cross over at one of those overpasses.

Unfortunately this means cracking down on all of us who speed through the PCH, but I guess for good reason.
honestly i was just driving thru my neighborhood. Lots of well to do white folks just walking their dogs on the side of the road. Obviously you cant prevent everything just walking. All im saying is... you gotta keep your head on a swivel. A few tall trees and some nice landscaping and decor doesnt mean you're safe. Some people thats all it takes for you to let your guard down.
