Watchign that fab 5 documentary it didnt seem like anyone of the fab 5 fukks with Webber anymore anyway on a personal level.

Im not a Webber fan but why would you go to a game with a university who wants no part of you and 4 dudes who dont like you?

The nikka can show his support to the current squad by calling, texting, tweeting etc. Him being there will only take attention away from them and considering the timeout, the L, the scandal, and the amount of time that has passed the attention likely won't be very positive and will be sorely overdone so what is really the incentive for him to be there?

all it takes is some smartass cameraman or producer to show Webber during the broadcast whenever they take a timeout, especially the last timeout, and he has to relive it all over again.

This isn't a good time for him to just show up and let bygones be bygones. 20 years is a lot of time. We don't know what's been said/done during that time.

I get what Rose is trying to do, but he's really putting Webber in a tough spot. If he doesn't show, he looks like a dikk. If he does show, he looks like he's coming walking back into the picture when Michigan said it was ok for him to.

C Webb gonna cringe EVERY TIME Mich takes a timeout...

even the TV timeouts

I've always felt that the timeout situation was Jalen Rose fault. When Webber got the rebound, Rose, THE POINT GUARD, should have gone and snatched it out of his hands. You dont have centers bring the ball down for a reason, such as the possibility they might dribble into no mans land and panic.

The bench didn't look prepared either

everyone was just standing around like they thought he was going to jump over the whole UNC squad from halfcourt and dunk it

how the coach wasn't like "JALEN JALEN JALEN JALEN JALEN" whenever he got over there is beyond me

you're right though, as soon as he took that awkward step, Jalen should have run over like "give it up, i got it"

As a kid you don't really think about it but as a grown man it's like :mindblown: why the fukk is your center bringing the ball up on the most crucial possession of the game? Looking back there were a whole lotta things wrong there.

Webber played a great game up to that pints as well 23 on 11/18 shooting with 11 boards and 3 blocks.

Sort of like Isiah Thomas hitting the shot to put the Pistons up 1, before he threw the ball away on the next possession

If I were a Michigan fan, and the age that I am now, at that time. I would have been FURIOUS. If that same thing happened in 2013, the top class doesn't close two years in a row and the coach lets the center take the ball up on the last possession, Twitter would have that coach's seat HOT.

He could of dominated even more. They didn't go to him enough in my opinion..

Eric Montross and them nikkas was all trash on that UNC team.

That would be on Fisher, I guess

Those 11 made buckets came in a variety of ways as well. Hook shot, 12 bank, footer, 15 footer, power dunking :damn: Chris showed why he was special
