Reggie Miller has the right idea, this is the only hooping worth doing.

I'll make an accepting for church leagues. Mormon leagues be good.

Simple shyt like that makes me miss it baddddddddd. Nothing crazy.. just fundamentals and jumpshots.

I hoop at least twice a week. I’m still in shape, but I’m not trying to get hurt, so I’m not driving to the cup trying to layup in traffic. If I’m playing 1v1 or 21/32, I’ll try to get in my bag a little, but in 5v5, I’m strictly playing defense, setting screens and taking the open shot.

:russ: Y'all can't move like you used to
That's part of it, but it ain't so much being able to move like we used to. It's about doing it over and over. That's why you'd see some of them old WRs or CBs still able to run fast as fukk but out the league. Cause they good for a couple of games but that recovery time is a bytch.

Pulled my hamststring last year in our local Thanksgiving 30 plus tournament. Haven’t hooped since. I’m a golfer now. 😂🤣😂
I play golf now too. Lemme ask you.. when you bend down to line up your ball for your putt.. and you get back up.. do your knees sound like a bag of popcorn cracklin in the microwave? :jbhmm:

I mean.. not mine.. I was just curious...

I went to go shoot around recently and noticed a gym I used to go to basically was light on folks playing when it used to be packed about 10 years ago.

I was wondering if folks went elsewhere or not to play and one of the cats there basically said "this is the usual crowd". Went back a couple days later and even less people showed up.

Folks really done went into TikTok and Video Games.

nikkas got tired of arguing and “going to the bag” during LA Fitness runs. Turn a 15 minute game to 12 into a fight for survival :mjlol:

We rent out gyms and invite our friends now for private runs

In my area after the pandemic I don’t see anyone outside hooping..not even outside on the neighborhoods. Gyms /churches etc still get major burn.
