As a personal injury lawyer, I imagine that he would have retained medical experts, taken depositions during discovery, filing fees, process servers (Game was probably ducking that summons)...the expenses will greatly exceed $2,000.00. So, he's actually going to be in debt as a result of this.

I was a PI attorney in Philly for five years (been doin toxic tort defense for three, now four down in ATL) and also did nursing home abuse cases....don't even get me started on those, Montgomery County, PA is an evil place.

Gotta admit, though....the best thing about plaintiff's work over defense work? NO BILLING, keeping time is the most annoying shyt ever.
