I look at it along the lines of making a trooper pt or jump during his end of service out transitioning and they fukk around and get hurt. They cant leave until their fixed and govt gotta foot that bill. Technically there isn't a rule against it but do you really wanna be that commander that gotta be the one to have to explain it in the brigade commander why a spot that was gonna be vacant in 90 days now turns into another 12 months?
