People live in those areas based on their careers. Why live in Omaha working for silicon Valley?

Understood, but if I have the skills to make a half mil a year, I can make that or close to it in TX, FL, etc that doesn't have state taxes with a cheaper cost of living or just any other states in general that have a much cheaper cost of living. My money will go much further and there are beautiful cities in every state

Texas and Florida isn't beautiful dawg. And the beautiful places cost just as much as San Diego. Austin and Miami is expensive as shıt.

Now if you said North Carolina and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, I agree..... although you have to pay state taxes.

The other cities with no state taxes are wack and depressing places like Nevada and Washington.

How can you possibly say there aren't beautiful places in TX or FL? The architecture alone in some TX cities is enough to consider it beautiful. And there are definitely spots in Florida that are beautiful. I agree about Myrtle Beach but I wasn't going to start listing out every city I could think of. I just can't imagine overpaying for everything in CA or NY, knowing I could be living even better elsewhere and with the extra money I'd have, I could fly to CA or NY whenever I want to just to visit.

I have family in Florida. Mad overrated. I live in Texas. Cost of living in Houston and Austin is too high due to transplants.

Woodlands, Sugarland, Pearland, Stafford, Conroe, all too expensive.

Dallas and San Antonio is basura. The other cities are non existent or sundown towns. El Paso?
