First off the 1.1 Billion Population was in 2013 and has increased since then. Also what do you mean by Sub Saharan Black? Either you Black or you not.

North Africa is mixed.

There's not over 10 million whites in Africa.

North Africa's population is 200 million. So Black Africa would be around 900 million.

Also, a lot of African nations actually lie about their population to obtain more AID, loans and finance. Ethiopia for example claims to have 85 million people. Yet they only have one city with a population over a million. Doesn't make sense.
