I usually stay out of trouble so I want to say probation.

But the reality is it’s probably smarter to just knock the 45 days out since probation is DESIGNED to send Nikkas to jail.

I’d hate to regret not taking the 45days and end up doing 3-5 years or more.

Probably just do the jail if I could go back to my job after my bid. After a certain age a month goes by like nothing.

They rarely let you do that anymore. I had a little case and was given 12 months probation. I asked to take 30 days inside and they wouldn’t let me

Be careful what you wish for. I violated because I was late for a drop because of a 10 car pile up. Had pictures and everything and they wouldn’t permit the video inside the court. Went to discuss with my PO and she took the day off and had an intern talk to me. Next thing I know I violated and had an extra 3 months added

I was on 7 years felony probation. I violated and they gave me 2 years ( 2 for 1) in jail. After the year in jail my probation was cleared out and record was sealed. That year went by fast as hell. If I was had to do it all again. I'm taking that jail time.

It's about perspective....I actually did 3 years of state probation In my mid 20s.

If you live a lifestyle of riding dirty....hanging with scumbags and generally get the attention of police...oh and like to get high... 45 days makes sense.

If go to jail for 45 days now...i lose my job.....then the real pressure hits

Jail I’ll knock that 45 days out with the quickness...anybody choosing probation for 2.5 years must not be black

Never been to jail. But I have been on probation for 18 months, and that shyt fukking sucked!

I think I'd choose jail. I would just mind my business, work out, do some schooling to knock off some days, and get released early.
