In Vegas, some people lose so much money at the tables (millions) and they basically get everything complimentary from the casinos. I know someone who got a $40,000 clubbing night complimentary because his father lost so much. At the end of the day, someone is paying for it.

Some people have expense budgets from the corporations and just pop bottles to entertain clients. If they don't spend it, their expense budgets next year might be lowered.

Some people, like rappers, get paid to come to the clubs and bottles might be complimentary. Or some just write it off as a marketing expense. Jim Jones did that shyt when he was A&R over at Koch Records.

Some people just really have unlimited money. I know some people in Asia whose families are just literally fukking the Earth; natural resources = they don't see any limits to their spending. Same with some Arabs.

Some people just fukking love the feeling. "I'm just tryna to restore the feeling." - Pusha T. It's fun.

Some people are just keeping up with the Joneses...doing this shyt cuz their favorite rapper told them it's cool to do.
