Breh, Miami is always expensive, don't get it twisted, that's not my point. It's the OVERPAYING. They don't charge the Euro/Latino crowd what they charge the nikkaz. Anybody in the club scene knows Hip-hop weekend keeps a lot of clubs in business FOR THE YEAR. It's a nightclub owner's Christmas. I can't say the same for WMC. If you don't have the top dj at WMC, it don't matter. So you know I'm a nikka who knows what the f*ck I'm talkin' about, I was in and out of Space/Nocturnal for WMC 2009 (I think, I was so f*cked up) when Erick Morillo opened up and some dj flew in from Europe ( I wanna say it was Benny Bennassi) to do the rooftop after midnight. I was there until 10AM
All kinds of people were up in that b*tch, and no lie people were so f*cked up off that molly, weed, and coke nobody gave a flying f*ck about bottles. I spent around $500-1K that night. The crowd that goes to spend $15K at the club on overpriced bottles is a SPECIFIC one. For WMC people only care about the dj and that molly, the clubs make more off the their dealer cut than they do on actual liquor. Yeah, WMC is expensive, but they will not charge you $450 for a bottle of Ciroc Now, I will add the caveat that I haven't partied like that in Miami in about 2-3 years because of my traveling, so maybe prices have doubled in 3 years

In Miami never buy direct, always get up with a promoter. OTers get robbed in Miami just like they do in Vegas because nikkaz ain't got no cotdamn sense. There's a million promoters online, Facebook, Instagram, etc. If you like Hotel scenes, The Standard on Sundays was good when I was there, you get twice the action for half the price
