no its not, the feds will never admit they were wrong about drug policies. The possible exemption is so narrow - you can't have used marijuana before it was legal, you have to have a medical card, and you can't use marijuana while handling classified material.

I'm sure the govt will have no problem now they can clear pothead hackers who have never smoked until they had a medical card and promise not to smake any more

I'm not saying the CIA doesn't hack people, just that if they're planning to hack Russia right now they wouldn't reveal their plans before hand to NBC. Which once again I know our government and intelligence agencies control our media, and they use them to spread misinfo and propaganda and this is clearly an example of both.
