Perfect. Free of imperfections and 1x2 wood strips. Must be straight and 96 inches long. That's the longest I ever had painted. So I usually work with that length. I also would prefer if it was ebony wood atleast. So beautiful how black it is. Nice and rich in color. Looks an oil stick gon dry.

I had to spend 18 days building these bytches and another staining. Greatness takes time, something the normal people can never understand. You can't rush artistic greatness as a viewer. You wouldn't understand my mind and hands ...the power they possess :wow:

Yeah I agree, another alternative could be to burn it using cedar furring strips and the Shou Sugi Ban technique. It's just charred wood treated for outdoors but you can experiment with it. I've done it when I've made outdoor side tables and adirondack chairs

It'd be most efficient to do it outside with a propane tank and roofing torch, but you can use a plumbing butane torch or MAPP gas cylinder

I don't have that kinda access plus propane tanks and fire bother me
