I don't disagree, I just don't think simply creating a job is problack.

I'm probably not articulating it well enough but basically I'm saying that there has to be a structure and a collective mindset because culture and beliefs are much than money by itself. Yes, money is needed to survive and take care of responsibilities, but what is it going to take to thrive and pass on for the people coming after us?

There system that we're dealing with requires us to do more than create jobs
