How can you advocate creating jobs for black people and then scoff at the notion of producing black people themselves?

Black relationships create black families.
Black families create black communities.
Black communities are what drive a black economy.

This question really doesn't make any sense when you consider the fact that most black entrepreneurs have black spouses/families anyway. So there is no logical reason why this question was posed as if the two scenarios are mutually exclusive.

Procreating with our own would seem like the most sensible, giving that if we don't we may fukk around and be dwindling like the Native Americans. Only problem with that is now you have a black child that you hope will survive long enough to have children of their own and continue the legacy

Why do MOST Black men not care about building? Why do most of us complain about the man but only want to work for "the man's" companies our whole life? Yall won't even acknowledge that it takes more than just sleeping with black women and creating black children to be Pro Black. To be Pro Black, you need to be PRO BUILDING, if you're not then you're not Pro Black, you're just another nikka who wants us all to rely on the white man for everything

With this y'all pretend a measure or comparison of wealth with other groups is the only indication of success for black people.

Being "pro black" doesn't mean raising black wealth statistics. It's about allowing out people to live free, happy, and prosperous.

It would not be a win for us to have low numbers of people just so we can say more of us own something.

Y'all gotta stop looking at wealth as the only measure.

Example. On paper white people have much more wealth than blacks. But when you analyze actual quality of life, the average white person isn't living much or any better than the average black person. It's because all the "wealth" is in the top 10%. The rest of them are just scraping by like the rest of Americans. So going by those statistics in order to come up with your ideals about what "pro black" is, is misguided in the first place.

Also another thing to consider about "wealth"

It's not always better than having liquid cash.

So it's not always the case that the guy who owns something is better off than the guy that doesn't.

Sometimes the guy "working for the white man" might be in a better position to help out our people than the guy that owns the tow truck company. And at the very least the guy that owns the tow truck company will need more paying customers.

So it's not some one size fits all plan that everyone should use. One plan is no better than another. As long as you are working towards the betterment of black people you are "pro black"

When looking at overall poverty numbers black people are closer to 25%. So it stands to reason that people are having children while still young and broke then working their way out of poverty. Which makes sense considering black peoples history in this country.
