To be fair Tomsula got dealt an extremely bad set of cards.

Don't care how good of a coach you are, you lose the core and key players of your team
in one offseason theres no way in hell your going to succeed.

IMO Tomsula should've been given atleast 3 seasons to build a base for the team.
