Aiyuk is a refined route runner, but neither Russ nor Fields are great anticipatory passers.
Fields is outright bad at it and Russ...it was never his biggest strength.

Russ found a way to make it work with Lockett for years.
However, yea Russ now & Fields could lead to an 800 yard 5 td season.
Then again Fields had the highest QBR in the NFL when targeting Moore last year so maybe he's just a guy who needs WRs to carry him.
Still Shanahan helped scheme a lot of stuff open for Ayiuk as well.

I dunno about this. Coop is the better receiver in my opinion. Hes arguably the best route runner in the league.

I'd take Cooper in a heartbeat. He will be the stop gap until they can draft or sign a younger top WR. He'd ball out in this offense. He's had trash QBs basically his whole career. Purdy will bring out the super star.
