Man... before this fight I did NOT rate Haney's skills that highly, now I have to put some respek on his name. I still think Shakur beats him and Tank gives him a good 50-50 fight, but what more can he do to gain other's respect?!

Is Loma out of his prime? Not really. He's not at his absolute best but people acting like he's some super old man. That's a lazy narrative they set up to downplay Haney's possible win. Is Loma overrated... maybe, IMO a little bit, but he's still one of the best of this generation and a future HOFer. For Haney to beat him to stay undisputed is a crazy achievement. People all over the internet hating and talking like Devin is a bum that gets knocked out easily by the "true elite" is bizarre. Robbery !? Nonsense

Haney definitely turned it up in the 12th and Loma couldn't get his timing down.
But yeah Loma landed several blows that would've had Haney in serious trouble if he had more pop

For the era that we are in, Haney is a great tactician. At least Floyd made you realize that it was hot in here if you want to fight in the pocket. Haney was the bigger man, did all that body work and Loma still came forward. He has no power and that is going to catch up to him. What does Tank or Shakur need to be scared of when Loma is moving up weight classes and was pressing forward most of the night?

What a great fight. Just felt like Loma was trying to keep up with Haney, while Devin had a game plan and stuck to it most of the fight.

The result was what I predicted. But reading the comments not the as clean cut at it should have been.

and for a majority of the fight he looked rather normal outside of the two rounds he def won.
