Yeah I had it 7-5 Loma but it was close and close fights ain’t robberies. It is what it is Loma showed he still needs to be respected out here ain’t no easy wins coming off him. Hopefully this doesn’t affect Devin too negatively. Like people sleep on how good Loma is w the overrated talk yet he the oldest and smallest out of the lightweight crew and we just seen how he had the undisputed champ.

Id like to see Tank/Loma and Makaveli/Devin next :noah: hopefully Tank and Shakur can stay out of trouble and Haney can stay away from instagram prostitutes :hhh:
I never was a Loma fan but I have to admit that he really impressed me in this fight. I thought Haney was going to bully him around the ring but it was the opposite. And I thought he had Haney looking clueless with how he was picking shots off on him, imo.

nikkas can stop puttin Haney in those convos he dont belong.

Shakur washes him. Tank KOs him. Keyshawn whoops on him too and even Frank Martin gettin to that level.

Haney has size at LW. Great jab. Good athlete. Not much else. Mid power. Shaky chin. Poor gas tank late unless he dominatin and in full control of a fight. No combos, little versatility, one dimensional.

He finna run from Shakur but movin up @ 140lbs he finna get exposed for the size and athlete merchant that Teofimo been and will get further exposed for too.

Haney VS Prograis? :russ::mjlol: that nikka get butchered and stopped.

JWW been arguably most stacked division in recent years too. Teo barely a top 10 fighter there if that (Sandor decision was sus and Sandor not a clear top 10) while he was lineal undisputed @ LW.

I gotta rewatch this fight cause I'm not seeing 7 rounds loma won, imo he clearly lost 1 3 4 5 and 6.

I'll allow 2 and 12 as swing rounds

Imo he also lost 9th too.

I gave loma 7 8 10 11. So unless you think he won all the swing rounds and 9th not sure how u get to 7.

Btw loma gives everyone at 135 issues including tank and Shakur. Thing thats tough about loma is his footwork he eventually tires you out down the stretch. He's going to make you move the whole fight with his angles. Not many fighters fight like him. He's the best fighter on anyone's resume at 135 if you fight him.

Nah... The biggest problem Haney had was Loma's output. Davis doesn't throw like that and would get bullied.
You're right, Haney would need to tighten his defense compared to today because one good shot from Tank can end the night, just stick more to boxing from the outside but that won't be as challenging as it was against Loma whose offensive footwork is heads and shoulders above Tank's.

Tank a skillful guy would probably try something to adapt but cutting off the ring/output/pressure are not his strengths. He is best when he has someone that comes to him and he can set traps then catch them with his uppercuts and hooks. A lot harder to do that against someone who has a longer range, quicker feet and won't engage you head-on most of the time.

It's Haney's fight to lose imo, no guarantee that he lasts 12 because he has holes in his defense and even if he boxes well he will probably give Tank at least a couple of free-shots but not every Tank punches result in KOs either so I can see Haney winning an UD again.

Because black fighters are expected to be flawless. If that was Ricky Hatton in the ring and he won by the same margin, the marching band would be going on for weeks.

They'd be waxing lyrical about his "grit and determination".
Ricky Hatton vs Luis Collazo? Ricky got a gift if I'm remembering correctly and many people felt that way

Once he started turning him early I figured it was going to be rough for Haney because once he gets that part of his offense going he is a lot tough to deal with. Teofimo was able to make him tentative to do it w the big left hook and hard jab but he is a lot stronger than Haney and Haney didn’t really throw the left hook. Loma starts doing his Ukrainian dance shyt and puts Haney in a position when he is turning to follow Loma while getting hit w punches from weird fukking angles yeah it was a rough night at the office for both of them. Good fukking fight tho def delivered hope it sells well.

Just look at the poll here....majority thought Devin would win clearly. He said it himself loma is older and smaller.

Do you think Devin had a great performance tonight?

Hell yeah he did.

He had beautiful body work the whole fight He remained in control and returned all fire that came his way... even when he gassed in the 11th and was getting tagged, he bit down, made his adjustments and shut the door in the 12th like a champion is supposed to. Plain and simple he won more rounds against a tough opponent.

Who at 135 has fought someone like Loma? Anyone? Again youre making it seem like Loma is just a cab driver, MF was literally #1 p4p at one point and a former unified champion. He is better than anyone on the other Lightweights' resumes.

Brolic... Alcoholics
And when devin stepped in the ring with him it could have gone either way....people are saying devin better not step in the ring with tank or shakur after this fight instead of the opposite :mjlol:

Because Lomachenko is a great

I thought he lost the 9th and didn't follow up in the 12th because Haney started going back to the body.

So you’re saying by proxy that Shakur, Tank, and Keyshawn would demolish loma and make him look like an amateur? :comeon:

And how is he running from Shakur? Shakur literally ducked him at least 3 times.

Including not coming into the ring and calling out Haney after this fight.

Current Loma? They all beatin him. Loma always been a blown up SFW. He fat @ LW and everyone knew Haney biggest advantage was size. Loma had multiple injuries and surgeries in recent years. He looked :flabbynsick: VS Jamaine and not surprisin he got one of these big fights right after.

He not nowhere near his prime self with all mileage and injuries. Prime Loma stops Haney late w/o question. Spent too long in amateurs. He had glimpses of his prime like 11th round but his reflexes, speed, cardio all aint what it was in his late 20s, early 30s specially compounded with surgeries. His style wasnt ever gon age well w/ how much he rely on reflexes, speed, timing. Fact that he still fought prime Haney this close, had the widest round in 11 and hurt Haney late is such a bad look :mjlol:

Shakur was in the ring....

Shakur did exactly that, though.

:heh: thank you. Lomachenko is not no Ryan Garcia. Lomachenko is not no Yoshino or Yigit.

Literally no one else at 135 has done shyt at LW. Havent fought for a belt, havent fought a former champion, havent fought a p4p or an elite opponent.

Shakur literally just got to 135 and fought some nobody, and Tank just knocks out random flawed mexicans for pleasure and enjoyment. All while Devin has been taking the risks and bringing structure to the division, while gaining REAL experience. He's been places that the rest of them havent, and that means something.

These dudes think Boxing is WWE or some shyt where popularity makes you a better fighter.
