Man, why are so many people who lost at the PPV qualified for the MITB? AJ, KO, Cesaro, Sami, Ziggler, Jericho all lost on the PPV. Corbin beat Ziggler, yet didn't even get a qualifying match (but Dolph did get to challenge him to a "technical wrestling match", because Ziggler is apparently now a great technical wrestler).

Jericho was just in a "brutal" cage match the night before. He shouldn't be on TV for at least a week or two, let alone beating a young talent who now looks like a loser because he can't even beat a 45 year old dude who was all bandaged up from losing a cage match the night before while he's 100% fresh.

Ziggler lost to Corbin, who didn't get a qualifying match for MITB (or match on the show at all), Ziggler was already looking past MITB to continue his feud with Corbin (and lost his match to Dean, but he didn't seem to care since he had plans set up already anyway).

AJ came off 3 PPV losses in a row. KO has lost 2 out of 3 PPVs, Sami has 3 PPV losses in a row, Cesaro has 2 PPV loses in a row, Jericho has 2 PPV losses in a row, Ziggler lost on the pre-show and hasn't even won an actual PPV match since September. Crews has been on Raw 1 time in a month, in a random battle royal (that he lost). Miz was the only dude who should have qualified for a MITB shot. Everyone else is a loser and makes wins and losses even more meaningless than they already are.
