Beth and Evan were obvious. Everyone knew what happened. There was no need to explain that. Bryan got his big push. Punk got put on the mid card for John Lauranitis
Ryder was really big during that time (not main event level) but he could've easily stayed mid card. You're right Kofi was stale but they were on the right track in 09 until Orton spazzed out on him. There was no reason for Cody not to be big time.
