Face Punk vs Heel Cena at MITB was easy nostalgia money

They didn't do anything to build up to it or even hint at it, and the reports said they're saving it for later. They should do it at SummerSlam at least. Easy main event, especially since this is the first two-night SummerSlam.

If not, then Survivor Series since that will be the first one in a stadium, but they're stuck on the WarGames thing so I don't know.

What does having the power even mean at this point?

Going on Reddit and seeing them explain everything makes me see how much this storyline isn't working.

One thing they mentioned that makes way too much sense is that if Seth is trying to protect the future of WWE, he should be going after the person who's literally trying to ruin wrestling: Cena. He has the most power in the company right now and Seth should be trying to take him down if he's concerned about having the power. Roman controlled everything through that title, Cody was the #1 man because of that title, and Cena is using that title to destroy the WWE.

The reality is that Seth is a hypocrite and he's doing all this to further his own cause. He hated Roman because he had all the power and influence, and now, he wants to be just like him. He hated Punk because he felt like he was getting undeserved opportunities and poisoning the locker room, but if Seth gets everything he wants, that makes him no better. He's just dressing it up under the whole "my vision is the best" shyt.

I know Drew's taking a break, but they should move him back to RAW and have him feud with Seth. He's the one person that can call him out and have it make absolute sense.
