Has to be a big name with good pay. While I don’t agree with avoiding Benividez, for the risk he presents he don’t bring the money like Bud or Bivol. These are also p4p fighters.
Benavidez is a huge name, it's not true to suggest that Canelo will lose money fighting Benavidez because it's a step down in terms of marketability etc, he is a huge name in the Mexican and American markets, also has crossover appeal in MMA etc.

Right now Canlo is fighting William fukking Scull ffs, nobody knew he who he was until this fight (outside of complete boxing afficionados).

Bivol was far from a big money fight when he took Alvarez to school.
