I think he'll beat Berlanga too but it won't be easy. LaManna has been ass for at least 7 of his last fights and had thought about retirement at twice in that span to focus on promotion.

yeah, granted I saw only highlights so Mall looked "slow" but strong as fukk so couldn't tell if he just didn't need to show levels and was getting rounds in. Berlanga is ass though so I just see Mall jabbing that nikka do death lol. I pray Mall stays busy vs them waiting for Plant to decide on what he wants to do.

Assuming Canelo gets past Bud (shyt even if he doesn't) If Mall can keep winning until Fall 26 I can see him getting the cannel fight lol

not tapped in with any prospects best they can do is snatch your Keyshawn types when they come up for renewal
shyt if I'm Al I'm throwing Key a 25M guaranteed contract if he a FA

Not doing nothin but BS fights but he can still be a megastar and is young enough to season with 2 random mandos

I think he tapped in with TR tho

yeah TR can't really compete once them Prospect Contracts are up. Folks can hate PBC all they want but they cards always get folks talking whether good or bad.

And PBC 140 can be fire for Keyshawn with Ryo, Pitbull, Gary Russel, Frank Martin. That would be a DOPE 2-3 Year Run for Keyshawn imo, and Cross Platform Unifications won't be impossible because of the money Keyshawn could pull in. After that run depending on where Tank at a Catch Weight showdown would maybe be on the cards, or Run Andry Cruz at 140.

And I hope Haney was watching that Plant fight. That is how far you can get in the game with soso defense and no pop, unless you're Tim Bradley who was born with a Timmy from South Park sized head. :martin:

And even he had to get out the game early because one asswhuppin' was too much wear and tear on him.

Plant just had a solid level of talent. Like maybe B-level talent. He checks the boxes with speed and jab, but has bad stamina and average defense(which becomes bad after 6 rounds). He was able to leverage his popularity and make good money in boxing. He's been in some really exciting fights. Can't be mad at that.

People shyt on trainers when they don't even know what happens in camp or taking into context the level of talent of their fighters. Breadman had Plant reclaiming his career after being visibly depressed after the Canelo fight. It was only a matter of time before he lost again. He did what he could :yeshrug:

lol everyone saying Mexicans cracked the Code for Plant.

Id like to see the combo of Plant/Boo Boo/Mall all duke it out. If Plant can't get past boo boo and Mall he is officially Gate Keeper status which isn't bad as he can be the cat who spoils plans

Plant and Charlo should’ve just fought, I hate these damn Warm up for the “real fight” scenarios. First the Haney/Garcia was ruined, now the Plant/Charlo is ruined. The bigger names just need to fight.

Charlo got through a camp and seemed super focus during his match which are positives for his path forward but that's pretty much all I got from that fight. That and his jab is still on point. "Cornbread" or whatever his nickname is couldn't take the power and it was clear early Jermall could have his way. Lamanna showboating while getting his ass whupped was hilarious tho

Something seemed off with Plant, probably just not the same after the Canelo and Benavidez ass whuppins. Mexicans got the blueprint on him. He's "only" 32 but it might already be a wrap for dude at the highest levels

Currently Bread is my favorite trainer interview but after this fight I'm starting to think about some of his fighter performances :patrice:
Didn't like how he tried to shift blame after the fight throwing the other members of the camp under the bus by suggesting he needs full control.

Breh I just watched the Breadman post fight interview. Holy shyt at the excuses :dead:

- "Caleb He had a bad camp, and he doesn't listen a lot to instruction"
- "I would prefer training a young new fighter because you can mold them like clay, and they have less of an entourage"
- "I could tell already Resindies was confident before the match. I told Caleb that, and he didn't take him serious"
- "Recindes is expecting a baby, that's why he fought so well"
- "Kyrone Davis had a great camp, but we had no choice but to take this opponent. He hadn't fought in a year, and I help pay his bills. That fighter was dangerous but we had no choice but to fight him"

I was damn near shocked to hear it lol

Can't remember which one of his fighters it was but his fighter didn't get the decision, it was clear that he lost, and this nikka grabs the mic from Jim Gray talking about A-sidev and B-side. :dahell:

That's when I knew not to take that nikka seriously.

I didn't get that from Bread, seemed like it was more to it but he just didn't want to say too much/come off a certain way. Dude is the face of the training but I get the impression he doesn't call all of the shots. Just look at how Plant reacted to Tony that one time when he tried to put him on game.

Bread obviously has added more offensive wrinkles to Plant (he doesn't beat Dirrell or McCumby without sitting on his shots, wasnt doing that prior to Bread). Its a catch 22 because now it seems like Plant thinks he can fight that way against everyone. Something else was going as Plant didn't follow the fight plan imo, on top of being faded.

With how Plant looked this fight, this version of Charlo would have ko'd him with a straight right. Charlo seems much slower to me now but can still crack/hits harder than Resendiz
