This was really bad. The man surrendered and they still beat him. A man is recording, which is totally legal and these thugs beat him. The best thing about this is not only did they get fired, they are being charged as criminals too. With all of these cameras these days, people don't want the backlash of doing nothing so they are doing the right thing by charging police for their wrongdoings.
