quite literally my default thinking with my kid in an unregulated/undocumented environment is yes, he can potentially be harmed given i don't know the person well - i wont extend my trust to someone that quickly regarding my child. i have mom friends that i've made since having my kid who we've hung out with weekly, for 6 months now, and i'm still not at a place where i'd leave my son with them unattended.
