5 NYC Restaurants NOT Worth The Hype

Yo how is Peter Lugers? Got a reservation for next Sunday.

Went there a few weeks ago with some friends visiting town, it’s overpriced but good steak and the portions are large. The best thing about the meal honestly is the steak being drenched in the pan sauce from the steak cooking in butter and seasonings.

The drinks aren’t anything special,

If you do an appetizer I recommend the slice of slab bacon with tomatoes and onions and the sauce. Though I honestly wished they cooked the bacon some more, though the waiter swore it was fully cooked.

Went to Sylvia’s years back, shyt was wild expensive for the 2008…and the food was literally a NYers rendition of soul food…trash

I'm always wary of green wall restaurants or viral Tiktok spots. Too many of them put more emphasis on the "vibes" and decor than the actual food.
