Fully agree with the long distance running shyt. I’m on kettlebells, vertical climber, and rowing machine all at the crib.
Got my speedbag set up in the mail, going to try to create my own home gym in my garage with just the necessities. Might even start inviting females to work out at the house too
I stopped lifting heavy as fukk too. Barely go over 225-275 for reps on bench, need to focus on legs more.
Drinking is only when I’m invited out, vaping needs to stop but working on it, fukk him about marijuana though. CBD works wonders and he’s probably including that too
