NOT TRUE, you can convince a jury of your peers that 50 Cent influenced some on his fan's behavior. If Taylor Swift or anybody with 1million+ followers tweets their fans to do something like harassment they can charge you with it if they can prove you influenced them to do so. You can be charged with inciting a riot if I throw a trash can like Mookie on Do the Right Thing and it causes people to snap and start rioting and looting yes I Can be charged with inciting a crowd and it's a similar situation if you have a lawyer that can work that angle.

And this is why you can't be a lawyer, 50 Cent did not tell his fans to harass old dude but if you are going to sue him you play UP that angle. If a dude with millions of followers clowns you and post the videos then people will comment on the video, you skim thru the comments and pick the harmful ones and say it's harassment and it is because dude did not ask to be posted on 50's Instagram nor be commented on.
The problem with you is you are taking everything for face value and not reading in between the lines which is the job of an attorney.

You are comparing a public figure like Meek to a private citizen like this janitor and different rules apply. We can crack jokes and make comments and give opinions on public figures but they can sue IF they can prove the allegations we make are not only false but hurt their business which is the same thing Ciara is doing right now to Future. She is claiming his speeches to press regarding her make her seem like an unfit mother and it's hurting her business. She has a lawsuit right now for it.
And yes breh every single day people do shyt on social media that they can be sued over. Most don't because A) it cost money and time 2) most claims are frivolous but legitimate and 3) most people violating are broke so even if they win the case they cannot pay it out.
