It's very easy to prove. He's already got a legal and medically diagnosed mental condition so he can easily make the claim and he can also make the claim that due to his condition the insults hurt worse than they would with me or you.
A trial by jury will mean he has the sympathy of the jury, he's white and 50's Black, 50 has a reputation as an a$$hole and bully, 50 has money while this guy will never reach that level of wealth because of his mental condition. This case to a lawyer is the equivalent to an open lane fast break in the NBA, how fukked up of a lawyer would you have to be to fumble this case.
Even 50 knew that which is why he will kick down a few thousands for this kid to get lost even though he probably has some lawyers on deck who would most likely eat this kid's one lawyer alive but again a rich man with a herd of lawyers in court fukking with a retarded 19 year old over an insult at dude's job is a REAL BAD LOOK for 50. Honestly it's best to swipe it under the wrong there is no way 50 can look good from any of this.
