so he wasnt totally broke after all, he has 25m,BUT OWES CREDITORS 32MIL according to court documents

making his networth -7m

it just goes to show you how much these rappers exaggerate their wealth and how forbes is inaccurate, literally months ago he was perceived to be worth 155m
Cosign. Rappers ain't eating like we think.

Some probably make a dentist or doctor salary (300k a year ish) but they're famous so it seems like they're worth way more.

That adds up until he's 18

He's paying 4.5k a month:jbhmm:
jesus christ, almighty................

Here's the kicker in all of this for people following along. 50 brings in +187,000 a MONTH. On any day, that's goddamn amazing. But somehow he was led astray thinking he could have all these liabilities.

Get rid of the house, hoooooooly shyt. Rent it, make it part of a reality show called "Living w/ Fif", do something.

If he gets rid of the house, he will be so much lighter and flexible.

that house is the worst investment didn't even the previous owner have issue selling it?
50 has talked about it a couple times... when he first started getting a lot of money he consulted his advisers about the safest investment for a large sum. Their advice was 'real estate', which is why he purchased the house. he said this with extreme disgust in his voice... He called the house "the elephant" but its one of those things at this point... basically he cant sell it. Giving it away is not really worth it YET.

Really its the math is a little more complicated than just sell immediately...

If rappers have money like that why did rick ross take a week to get out of jail and have to put up so much property to get out?

This is not very good advice and I'm pretty sure this is not why 50 Cent bought the house, or he would have tons of property like Drake, Kanye, and Wayne do...

If you buy a house and you want it to be safe, you buy it in Florida.

All we know, in those financial statements, you notice a lot of stuff is not included in his "net worth"...he really understood that throwing your money in different holdings is can't lose.

Pay yourself interest and dividends brehs.

the internet
im sorry...but some of yall must just be straight up dumb :pachaha:

Mr. Jackson listed his monthly income as $184,969.58, nearly all of which flows in through his interest and dividends

thats just what he pays himself.

Do you think he doesnt have business interest in companies he doesnt pay himself? :leostare:
How do you think people w/ businesses are able to get their personal tax percentage down to 15%? :leostare: (my goof ass gets taxed like 30%...not for long :mjpls:)

Someone said its not easy to hide money overseas....how do you know that?
If banks were recently caught cleaning money for drug cartels...what do you think is going on w/ legit businesses/people? :jbhmm:
