Basically Supreme McGriff was extorting Ja Rule and Murder Inc. 50 had his lil beef with Ja and Preme told him stop cause he was "fukking with his food", 50 didn't listen and kept dissing him.
So supreme decided to "quiet" 50 and dropped a $50k bounty on his head. Somebody took it and shot him up. He then dropped a blackball order on 50 (this is the reason Jam Master Jay got killed because he helped 50 get in the industry).
