50 Cent says monthly expenses total $108K, including $4K for grooming and wardrobe, in bankruptcy court

It's pricey being 50 Cent.
In new filings in Connecticut bankruptcy court, the rapper says his monthly expenses are $108,000, including $9,000 for security, $5,000 for gardening, $1,000 for grooming and $3,000 for his wardrobe.
And despite testifying in his sex tape case that he didn't have a fleet of cars, his new bankruptcy papers says he actually owns seven, including a Rolls Royce and three Chevy Suburbans.
Despite a monthly income of $184,969, most of which comes from royalties and interest on investments, 50 Cent is saying that legal fees and lawsuit losses have cost him $25 million.
Fitty, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, filed for bankruptcy last month, while Lastonia Leviston was suing him for posting her sex tape online.
A Manhattan jury awarded her $7 million in damages.

Lastonia Leviston was awarded $2 million in punitive damages on top of the $5 million judgment she'd already won against 50 Cent, over a modified sex tape of her and a former partner.
Aside from that and other lawsuit losses and legal fees now totalling more than $25 million, the “Power” star appears to be reeling from the cost of maintaining his 50 room mansion outside Hartford, Conn.
With a monthly income of $184,969 — mostly in royalties and interest on investments — Fitty pays $72,000-a-month on the house, including $14,200 a month for utilities and $30,700 a month for mortgage, property tax and insurance.

In addition to $14,600 a month to support two children and his grandfather, Jackson also says he spends $3,000 a month on his wardrobe and $1,000 in personal grooming. His stylist, Erin McSherry, is owed $5,245 in back bills, the filing said.
His barber, Gelpy Joel Peralta of the Queensbridge South housing projects, and fitness trainer, Joel Cardiello of Brooklyn, are owed unspecified amounts, according to court filings.
Jackson is due to appear in bankruptcy court Wednesday to answer questions from lawyers for his two biggest creditors: Sleek Audio, which sued him for stealing Sleek's headphone idea and won $17 million, and Leviston.

50 Cent's Bankruptcy Papers Show 7 Cars, Businesses in Red

HARTFORD, Conn. — Rapper 50 Cent owns seven cars valued at more than $500,000 and pays $72,000 a month to maintain his Connecticut mansion, according to bankruptcy court filings.
His businesses, however, posted losses of more than $10 million last year and in 2013.
His Farmington property is his most valuable. It's listed in papers filed Monday in a Connecticut court at nearly $8.3 million.
His cars include a 2010 Rolls Royce and a 1966 Chevrolet coupe.
The filings show losses of more than $10 million in 2013 and 2014, with expenses outstripping income and losses posted in 50 Cent's records, adult film and G-Unit Brands businesses.
As of July 13, the businesses were in the black.
The rapper, who was born Curtis James Jackson III, filed for bankruptcy last month after a New York City jury ordered him to pay $7 million to a woman who said he posted online a sex tape she made with a boyfriend.
His expenses of $108,000 a month include $5,000 for gardening.
He has a monthly income of $185,000, mainly from royalties and interest on his investments. The court filing says he also owes money to his stylist, his barber and his fitness coach.
50 Cent's album "Get Rich or Die Tryin'" helped make him one of the world's best-selling artists. He's due back in bankruptcy court Wednesday.
