Well of course 50 would be on that "it's prosperity that matters" tip since his career mirrors that of Jay's. They got fat and fell of musically.
Yeah, Jay made hundreds of millions because he is an entrepreneur, he wanted it. Nas isn't at heart, Just see that interview with Steve Stoute where he says that's not Nas' game, or something to that effect. Either way, Nas is still a millionaire, and has ways of getting richer if he wants to. Nas knows people that can open the same doors for him that were opened for Jay.
But ultimately Nas went after what matters to him, which is hip hop, and Jay went after what matters to him, which is riches. They both did pretty well for themselves.
It's only their fans that can't get past it.
